Description
Contamination of the column inlet frit can increase the back pressure of the column and reduce efficiency. MicroBore columns can clog due to the small diameter of the inlet frit. Always use the appropriate filters in your LC system to prevent clogging. Agilent offers two types of high pressure inline filter kits that can be used for any HPLC system.
