AdvanceBio RP-mAb columns are designed to optimize performance in the analysis of intact and reduced monoclonal antibodies for biopharmaceutical research, development and quality control. The analysis of these antibodies is a critical measurement for characterizing therapeutic proteins and understanding their efficacy and stability. Poor chromatographic separation can lead to rework and even compromise the accuracy of characterization.
Based on Poroshell technology with a unique design for pore size and bound phases, AdvanceBio RP-mAb columns offer higher resolution and faster run times for accurate, reproducible analysis and results. These RP-mAb columns are available in a range of chemistries - SB-C8, C4 and Diphenyl. The version presented here has an inner diameter of 2.1 mm, a particle size of 3.5 µm and is 150 mm long.
Improved accuracy: Surface porous particles (3.5 µm) with wide pores (450 Å) increase the resolution of mAb while maintaining compatibility with all LC instruments.
Speed: Shorter analysis times compared to columns packed with full porous particles of the same size.
Lower cost: The robust poroshell package and 2 µm inlet filter extend the life of the column by preventing plugging.
Flexible method development: Offers different chemistries - SB-C8, C4 and diphenyl.
