DNA-ExitusPlus™ destroys DNA even more effectively on a wide variety of surfaces. DNA-ExitusPlus™ causes strand breaks in the DNA and the DNA is broken down into its component parts. Reproduction in the PCR is no longer possible. It is a non-alkaline, non-corrosive and non-carcinogenic ready-to-use cleaning solution for removing DNA contamination. It is particularly intended for use at PCR workstations. The presence of DNA contamination at PCR workstations can lead to DNA amplification artifacts. The solution contains a detergent and an agent to completely destroy DNA. DNA-ExitusPlus™ is stable and heat-resistant.
