The dispensing system for solvents with discharge elbow has a drum pump with a fixed discharge elbow. The infinitely adjustable immersion tube of the drum pump can be adapted to the respective container. With drum screw connection for steel drums with R 2" thread. Adaptable with thread adapters for commercially available containers.

With the withdrawal system for solvents, high-purity liquids can be filled quickly and easily. Compressed gas (compressed air or nitrogen) is used to create an overpressure in the container, which conveys the liquid out of the container. Operation via compressed gas offers the advantage that the user can easily remove large quantities and has both hands free to fill the solvent.

This means that even hazardous media, e.g. acetone, ethanol, methanol, etc., can be safely filled and precisely dosed via the drain tap. When used with oxygen-sensitive or extremely pure media, operation with inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) is possible.

The drum screw connection and stopcocks hermetically seal the drum and pump. This means that no solvent-containing vapors can escape after filling - protecting the health of users and the environment.

The transportable dispensing system enables flexible working. It consists of a drum pump and a suspendable pressure control unit that adjusts the inlet pressure and provides additional safety against misapplication. A pressure gauge allows the inlet pressure to be checked visually.

The pump can be easily attached to the container using a drum screw connection. The compressed air or nitrogen connection (3-10 bar) can be made via a mobile or stationary compressed air supply.
