Helix Chromatography is a US-American HPLC column manufacturer that specializes primarily in the production of innovative mixed-mode separation columns. The separation of several, sometimes complex compounds, is relatively easy with the help of HelixChrom columns and allows the efficient development of new methods as well as the combination of several methods into one separation approach.
The Amaze product range offers bi- to quaternary modal HPLC columns that are suitable for the simultaneous analysis of polar, non-polar, hydrophobic, hydrophilic, organic and inorganic compounds, for example.
The Coresep HPLC columns combine the mixed-mode and core-shell approach. Mixed-mode columns offer a unique selectivity and retention, whereas core-shell columns offer users a very high efficiency. Helix Chromatography's Coresep columns combine both approaches in a unique way and allow a fast and efficient analysis.
Further information on Coresep columns can be found here.
All Coresep HPLC columns are reversed-phase columns with embedded basic or acidic functional groups, which improves the retention of ionic compounds. All mobile phases are compatible with LC-MS and preparative chromatography in a pH range between 1.5 and 5.
All CORESEP HPLC columns from HelixChrom are available in different versions:
Inner Diameter ID (mm) | Length (mm) | Particle Size (µm) | Pore Size (Å) |
---|---|---|---|
4.6, 3.2, 2.1, 1, 0.5, 0.25 | 150, 100, 50, 25, 10 | 2.7 | 90 |
You can also choose between different stationary phases: Coresep 100, Coresep S or Coresep SB to achieve the best possible separation result.
