All Hydranal-Water standards are tested against standard reference materials from national metrological institutions.
They are calibrated on the basis of high-purity water and/or traceable to SI units.
Liquid standards consist of a solvent mixture with a specific composition and precisely determined water content. These are filled in glass ampoules under an argon atmosphere. Each pack contains ten easy-to-open (notched) ampoules for single use.
