We offer shakers and mixers for every application, e.g. platform shakers, tumbling shakers, circular shakers, vibratory shakers, test tube shakers, horizontal shakers and overhead shakers. The shakers are available in different movement modes, inclination angles, movement amplitudes, and - combined with an optional incubation system - as incubation shakers.
The shakers are designed for a wide variety of vessels and volumes and are ideal for applications ranging from biochemistry to water and sediment analysis in accordance with DIN 38414-4. Particularly practical: the quick-action clamping system allows easy changeover when using a wide variety of vessels.
The Reax 20 model for 4, 8 or 12 bottles complies with DIN 38414-4 and is also suitable for mixing cylinders or wide-neck bottles up to 270 mm high and a diameter of max. 136 mm.
For completely flexible loading: We also carry the universal adapter from Heidloph for vessels with a height of 50 to 160 mm for the Reax 2 model, as well as the adapter for 20 test tubes.
Vortexers are ideal for particularly rapid mixing, whether in test tubes, centrifuge tubes or comparable vessels, or different diameters and tubes. The strong shaking motion guarantees excellent mixing results. The precision model Reax top / Reax control is the standard model from Heidolph. The shaking orbit of 5 mm reliably and quickly achieves an even distribution. In short-time operation mode, the shaking movement is triggered by pressure on the pick-up plate. The continuous operation mode guarantees a permanent shaking movement. Due to the high speed of 2,500 rpm, very fast mixing is possible. A receiving plate for tubes with a diameter of up to
20 mm Ø is already included in the scope of delivery. Optional plates for tubes with up to 50 mm Ø extend the range of applications.
The Reax control model has the same features as the Reax top, supplemented by a scale for setting an exact target speed of 0-2,500 rpm and electronic speed control for better results, even in the low range. Even when the load changes, the speed remains constant.
The Multi Reax model is Heidolph's all-rounder. Several samples can be processed simultaneously. Attachments for 12 or 26 vessels are available.
The wide range of platform shakers offers the right solution for all vessels and applications - whether powerful and fast or quiet and gentle. The devices are excellently suited even for highly sensitive samples, such as in cell research: The temperature-insulated drive prevents the platform from heating up and thus thermal damage to the sample.

The versatile Duomax 1030 offers a choice of two different tilt angles. The model with a 5° tilt angle provides a gentle amplitude of movement. The Promax 1020 model has a stroke of 32 mm and is ideal for separation in separating funnels. A wide range of accessories and attachments for separating funnels or Erlenmeyer flasks offers countless variation possibilities. The Promax 1020 model is compatible with the Incubator 1000 and can thus be used for tempering. Maximum load weight: 5 kg.
The Promax 2020 model, with 10 kg load weight, 20 mm stroke and speeds between 20 and 400 rpm, is ideal for larger quantities.
The Polymax 1040 is also compatible with the Incubator 1000 and can be used for tempering. Models with 5° or 10° tilt angle provide gentle or stronger movement amplitude. Three-dimensional movements and two different tilt angles produce the best results - e.g. when staining electrophoresis gels.
With a usable area of 39 × 34 cm, the Polymax 2040 is suitable for increased sample throughput and offers infinitely variable speed control.
All platform shakers have rubber mats on the base, which provide a secure hold for the vessels. For guaranteed safety in unattended continuous operation, all units have integrated overheating protection that switches the unit off in an emergency. To avoid accidents, all units have a low centre of gravity and will not slip even on a damp work surface. The temperature-insulated drive prevents the platform from heating up and thus damaging thermolabile samples. Large range of accessories with attachments for all common vessels - so there is no need for decanting.
The unique modular system combines everything in one: mixing, shaking, tempering - without an additional heating cabinet. The incubator system is suitable for the 1000 models of the platform shakers Duomax 1030, Polymax 1040, Titramax 1000, Unimax 1010 and Promax 1020.
First, select a compatible 1000 model from the platform shakers. You will also need a heating module and a bonnet. Three options are available: A flat bonnet for microtitre plates, a high bonnet for standard vessels and an XL bonnet for Erlenmeyer flasks up to 2,000 ml. We also offer practical combination packages, for example the Unimax package incl. heating module and high bonnet or the Titramax package incl. heating module and flat bonnet.
This creates a space-saving incubation system. The heating module of the incubator gently heats the circulating air to up to 65 °C. The integrated circulating air fan ensures even heat distribution within the incubation bonnet. 300 W heating power ensure the fastest heating times up to 65 °C. The electric circulating air heating with extremely quiet fan guarantees the lowest noise level. The temperature accuracy is ±2 °C up to 50 °C or ±4 °C above 50 °C. A separate, digital display enables constant control of the set and actual values. Overheating protection prevents thermal damage.
