Nucleospin Plasmid Easypure from Macherey-Nagel

For bioanalytics, we offer filtration solutions from the Nucleospin series, such as Nucleospin Plasmid Easypure or Nucleospin RNA. The NucleoSpin technology enables quick and easy purification of RNA and DNA. This silica membrane purification, based on chaotropic salts, is available for low (single columns), medium (8-well strips), or high throughput (96-well plates) as well as for particularly small (XS) to large (Maxi) nucleic acid preparations.

Porafil Membrane Filters

Under the name PORAFIL, Macherey-Nagel offers membrane filters. PORAFIL membranes are available in various materials such as cellulose, polyester, or PTFE. Further versions can be found in our shop. The membrane filters are used in microbiology, sample preparation, gravimetric analysis, and solvent purification.

Chromafil Syringe Filters

CHROMAFIL syringe filters remove unwanted particles from samples, preventing contamination of sensitive analytical instruments. Syringe filters thus extend the lifespan of columns, prevent longer downtimes, and ensure reproducible results. This also saves time and money. Standard CHROMAFIL syringe filters are color-coded. For method validation or certification, CHROMAFIL Xtra syringe filters are labeled with the membrane type and pore size. All CHROMAFIL syringe filters are autoclavable (121 °C and 1.1 bar for 30 min).
