SUPREMA columns are ideal for the aqueous GPC/SEC analysis of neutral and anionic polymers, such as PEO, PEG, pullulan, dextran, polyacrylamide, hyaluronic acid, polyacrylic acid, and carboxymethyl cellulose. These acrylate copolymer-based columns are available in three particle sizes, 3, 5, and 10 μm, individual porosities between 30 and 30,000 Å and different linear/mixed-bed columns, to meet a variety of applications needs, including polymers ranging from 100 to 30,000,000 Da.
SUPREMA columns meet USP L25, L37, L38, L39, tolerate high buffer concentrations, pH 2 to 12, temperatures up to 80 °C, and organic solvents (up to 100% methanol or acetonitrile).
