With this new generation of chromatographic columns, you can achieve better peak separations and shorter analysis times with existing HPLC and UHPLC instruments.

Restek has now extended the speed and reliability of Raptor column technology to the HILIC range with the introduction of Raptor FluoroPhenyl columns. Restek's Raptor FluoroPhenyl phase offers chromatography users the ability to work in reversed-phase or HILIC mode for a variety of compounds. The Restek Raptor FluoroPhenyl column is also suitable for LC-MS, as it is highly reliable and efficient with acidic mobile phases.

Switch to a Raptor FluoroPhenyl LC column when:

Limited retention and selectivity is observed on a C18 column for basic compounds.
You require increased retention of hydrophilic compounds.

Note: We strongly recommend that you only order a semi-preparative or preparative column once you have evaluated the desired separation on an equivalent column on an analytical scale.
Because we cannot reuse a column or the silica within it once it leaves our facility, we cannot accept returns of large columns.
