Sales and Delivery Conditions

1. Terms of Delivery:

We deliver climate neutral according to INCOTERMS® 2020 (FCA – Gablingen, Germany) with our logistics partners (DPD, DB Schenker, DHL Express, UPS) to the countries listed below.
No shipping costs for deliveries to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg for orders with a total value of  250€ net and more.

Please note: Additional costs may apply when ordering bulky goods or larger products.

*a low order fee of 12.50 Euro (plus taxes) applies for orders with a value of less than 50 Euro.

Consignee in other countries:

Delivery only available upon request and agreement with ALTMANN.

2. Terms of use:

Our product range is aimed exclusively at commercial customers. First time customers need to provide an appropriate certificate (business registration, extract from the commercial register) upon request.The content in our catalogue is non-binding information. The content of the catalogues are constantly updated by us. We cannot guarantee that mistakes are out of the question. No liability is accepted for any errors. 

3. Pricing Terms:

The quotations are net prices to which value added tax (VAT) will be added if you reside in the European Union. Please note that we require your tax identification number for VAT exempt deliveries within the EU.

4. Payment Methods:

You receive a discount of 2% when ordering through our web-shop. Payments are to be made within 30 days net.You will find the different payment methods when you proceed to checkout. These may differ depending on the client relationship: Invoice, Paypal, Prepayment, Credit Card, Direct Debit. Payments are being processed with our payment provider Concardis.

5. Returns:

Should you find fault with an ordered item, please contact us first. Use the following Return Form to return the item. Our General Terms and Conditions  apply.
