The analysis of metal-sensitive analytes can be carried out with the Capcell Pak INERT ADME-HR, since a stainless steel tube lined with PEEK is used as the column hardware.
Osaka Soda´s Capcell ADME phases are suitable for the analysis of polar components for which sufficient separation was not achieved with a C18 column. Instead of adapting the mobile phase, the Capcell ADME-HR column separates metabolites quickly and efficiently by means of a selectivity difference under the same conditions.
Adamantyl is used as a functional group in chromatography for the first time. Due to its pronounced hydrophobicity and, at the same time, high surface polarity, the selectivity is particularly good for polar analytes, e.g. biogenic amines or metabolites are suitable. The name ADME is an abbreviation for Adamantane.
