Gelatine filters together with the MD8 air samplers (gelatin filter method) are used for the collection of airborne germs and viruses - individually sterile packed membranes guarantee reliably accurate results. This filter has been specially developed for use with the MD8 air sampler (gelatin filter method). The gelatin membrane filter is a single packaged, pre-sterilized and ready to use unit consisting of a membrane filter and a holder. Gelatine membrane filters are also available as filter discs (Plan Filter) for use with the 17655 (80 mm) filter holder. Smaller filter diameters are also available.
