Double endcapping provides additional surface coverage and inertness to basic compounds.

Syncronis C8 HPLC columns are less hydrophobic than C18 columns and are therefore particularly useful when a lower degree of hydrophobicity is required to successfully retain the desired compounds. Syncronis C8 HPLC columns can also be used for faster elution of compounds.

Columns manufactured to stringent criteria and tested in ISO 9000 certified facilities meet a wide range of analytical requirements, including rapid method development, quantitative analysis and quality control when less retention is required than when using a C18 column.
