N-O-BIS (Trimethylsilyl) Trifluoroacetamide (BSTFA) + 1% TMCS [JA]
Use the Thermo Scientific™ BSTFA + 1% TMCS Silylation Reagent for analytes that are difficult to silylate. This catalyzed formulation is stronger than BSTFA alone and ideal for derivatizing compounds such as fatty acid amides and weakly hindered hydroxyls for GC analysis.
