Description
Prepare oximes of steroids and keto acids prior to silylation with Thermo Scientific™ Methoxamine (MOX) Reagent. It prevents the formation of multiple derivatives in the presence of enols during silylation, ensuring optimal quantification. The reagent is a 2% solution of methoxyamine hydrogen chloride in pyridine.
