Description
Whatman ReZist syringe filters are specifically designed for use with organic solvents. They are the ideal filters for the clarification of aggressive organic solvents.
ReZist 30 can also be used as aeration filters for small vessels.
Properties:
- hydrophobic membrane
- for non-polar liquids and gases
- very resistant to acids, bases and solvents of all kinds
- the water-repellent membrane can be made water-wettable by rinsing with alcohol and water
- suitable for degassing HPLC solvents
- unsuitable for aqueous solutions
- The hydrophobic PTFE membrane is laminated with polypropylene
- Excellent chemical resistance to standard HPLC organic solvents
- Allows optimal use of small sample volumes
- Integral, permanently hydrophobic PTFE membranes
- Polypropylene support
- Extremely high chemical resistance
