Description

XBridge Premier Protein SEC 250Å, 2.5 µm columns help scientists reliably separate protein size variations (10,000 to approximately 650,000 Daltons) through the synergistic coupling of Waters' MaxPeak Premier High Performance Surfaces and new BEH-PEO particle technology.

These advancements in SEC column hardware and SEC particle technology minimize unwanted secondary ionic or hydrophobic interactions between proteins and the column. This allows chromatographers to use a 'generic' or 'platform-style' method for a variety of samples, minimizing costly method development.

This version of the XBridge Premier Protein SEC column has an inner diameter of 7.8 mm, length of 150 mm and particle size of 2.5 µm.
