Unlike conventional preparative guard column designs where a loss in the overall chromatographic performance is expected, the addition of a high-efficiency cartridge into the purification system will not only significantly increase column lifetime, but may also enhance the loadability of the system. These cartridge holders are designed to fit cartridges that are 10 mm in length and are available in 3 diameters (7.8, 10, and 19 mm) to fit your preparative chromatographic needs. Replacement o-rings are available for all cartridge holders thus allowing optimized performace and extended lifetime for these products.
