SPE Cartridge, Oasis WCX µElution Platte 1/PK

The patented 96-well Oasis WCX μElution Platte is designed for SPE cleanup and analyte enrichment of sample volumes ranging from 10 L to 375 L. Each well of the μElution Platte contains 2 mg of the Oasis WCX sorbent, which is a polymeric reversed-phase, weak ion exchange mixed-mode sorbent that has been optimized for fast, simple, and highly selective sample preparation of strong basic compounds and quaternary amines. The innovative features of Oasis Elution Platte enabled elution in only 25 L, resulting in sensitive, robust, reproducible results without evaporation and reconstitution. A 15-fold sample enrichment is possible with this Platte. The Oasis WCX μElution Platte is compatible with most liquid-handling robotic systems for automated, high throughput SPE.
