nanoEase™ M/Z columns are designed for optimal performance in nano- to micro-scale liquid chromatography separation, providing the highest possible sensitivity, resolution and reproducibility for biomarker discovery, protein identification and characterization. The columns with an inner diameter of 30 mm are manufactured using an ultra-low dispersion column design and offer the same ease of use as conventional columns.

Like all M-Class columns, they can withstand an operating pressure of 15 kpsi and handle pressure fluctuations during injection very well, providing superior longevity. For maximum performance, proper connections should be made to minimize peak tailing and poor efficiency.

This particular offering contains Waters patented BEH Technology 300 A pore size,has the length 150 mm and 1.7 µm particles. Each lot is specifically tested for QC using a gradient separation of a tryptic digest of cytochrome c before QC is accepted as a peptide separation column.
