U(H)PLC Column ACQUITY Premier Protein BEH C4 300 Å, 1.7 µm, 2.1 x 50 mm

The ACQUITY Premier Protein BEH C4 300 Å columns have been tested with the MassPREP Protein Mix Standard QC and optimized for the separation of proteins based on size, hydrophobicity and isoelectric point. Compared to conventional C18 phases, the C4 ligand is less retentive and minimizes protein carryover, increases protein recovery and improves peak capacity. This column is part of the MaxPeak Premier Class of columns, which provides the chromatographic performance expected from our particle technologies while improving reproducibility, peak shape and recovery for metal-sensitive analytes.
