Description
ZirChrom-PHASE, unmodified zirconia particles make an excellent support for normal phase LC and phosphopeptide enrichment.
- Stable from pH 1-14 and at temperatures up to 150°C
- Bare zirconia may be used as an extremely stable SEC phase, which does not produce tailing with amines
- A support that may be modified for different selectivity by adding fluoride to the mobile phase
- A very stable, regenerable alternative to fragile and expensive hydroxyapatite for protein chromatography
