ACE HILIC HPLC columns

ACE offers a wide range of HILIC HPLC columns. Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography (HILIC) uses similar eluents to Reversed-Phase Liquid Chromatography (RPLC) and offers a suitable retention and separation alternative for polar to very polar compounds.

The ACE HILIC MDK provides 3 HILIC column chemistries for polar retention specifically designed to provide alternative selectivity to each other in HILIC mode. The chemistries include: ACE HILIC-A (phase with acidic character), ACE HILIC-B (phase with basic character) and ACE HILIC-N (phase with neutral character).
