The 384-well plates are an economical solution for automated high-throughput analyses. Our rigid frame PCR plates have a stable polycarbonate frame to ensure safe handling in robots and optimal protection against evaporation. The rigid frame also allows the use of very thin-walled wells made from 100% pure medical grade polypropylene. The uniform and thin wall thicknesses of the wells ensure rapid transfer of temperature from the cycler to the sample, reducing cycle times.
White plates are available for qPCR, which reflect the fluorescence signals as best as possible.
