HPLC columns from Macherey-Nagel (MN) are quality products that have been specially developed for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of mixtures and individual components. All RP HPLC columns based on NUCLEOSIL® and NUCLEODUR® can be stored for at least 2 years. Under perfect storage conditions, no significant loss of separation capability or overall column performance is observed even after 5 years.
In addition to numerous other modifications, Macherey-Nagel offers core-shell materials with two different C18 modifications. With NUCLEOSHELL® RP18 and RP 18plus, hydrophobic phases with different hydrophobic and stereospecific selectivities are available, which you can optimise for your separation tasks with regard to the polar and stereochemical properties of the analytes. Both phases are available in particle sizes of 2.7 µm (core 1.7 µm) and 5 µm (core 3.8 µm).
As an official Macherey-Nagel dealer, we offer more than 1,000 HPLC columns. Use the filters on the left or our HPLC column configurator to quickly and easily find the column you need.

Nucleodur High Purity Silica Phases
Nucleodur is a fully synthetical type B silica (silica of 3rd generation). We stock more than 600 types of Nucleodur columns by Macherey-Nagel. These columns offer highly advanced physical properties such as a totally spherical particle shape and an outstanding surface microstructure. With a high pressure stability and a low metal content Nucleodur is the ideal base material for modern HPLC phases.

Nucleosil Standard Silica Phases
Nucleosil phases are fully porous spherical silicas with a very pure and uniform SiO2 structure. Nucleosil standard silica phases are frequently used as routine packings for very different fields of chromatography and are a world-renowned HPLC packing. They were one of the first spherical silicas used in HPLC and are still found in many analytical and preparative applications. These phases are an absolutely reliable choice in HPLC and register the largest variety of modified HPLC silicas available on the market.

Nucleoshell Core-Shell Silica Phases
Macherey-Nagel Nucleoshell core-shell silica phases consist of a solid core of silicon dioxide and a homogeneous shell of porous silica. They offer the highest efficiency compared to traditional totally porous materials. Pore size 90 Å; particle size 2.7 µm (core 1.7 µm); specific surface 130 m2/g. Due to their lower back pressure Macherey-Nagel Nucleoshell core-shell silica phases can be used on conventional LC systems. Pressure stability up to 600 bar.
