Description
This version of the Chiralpak QN-AX column has an inner diameter of 4.6 mm, a length of 150 mm and a particle size of 5.0 µm. Daicel CHIRALPAK® QN-AX and QD-AX columns are packed with chiral stationary phases with weak anion exchange based on complementary quinine (QN) and quinidine (QD) derivatives. They are designed for the separation of chiral acids, such as N-derivatized amino acids and phenols.
