Laboratory glass bottles from Duran are available in our shop in a full range of bottle sizes from 100 ml to 10 l. They come with high temperature-resistant screw caps and pouring rings, enabling drip-free pouring as well as clean and safe working. The bottles feature visible graduation to view liquid levels clearly and a screw cap seal with PTFE faced cap liner für efficient sealing. All components are autoclavable at 121 or 134 °C.
Narrow neck bottles are standard bottles for storage, sample-taking and transport of chemicals. These narrow neck bottles are used universally in laboratories and are essential for daily work. We offer narrow neck bottles in various materials like PVC, PP and PET, and different dimensions according to individual requirements. Amber glass bottles for storage of UV-sensitive substances can also be found in our product range.
Narrow neck bottles by Kautex are characterized by their excellent flexibility, easy squeezability and good resilience. In addition, they are leakproof to prevent contamination. The bottles come with or without closure (dropping cap, wash bottle closure). If required, we also offer UN-approved narrow neck bottles from Kautex used for the safe transport of hazardous liquids. The bottles are made from different materials like HDPE, LDPE, PP and PVC and are available as round, square or rectangular bottles.
Kautex narrow neck bottles with SafeGrip come with a better grip for safe and comfortable handling. This improved grip makes it safer to handle hazardous filling substances which have a greater weight.
ClearGrip narrow neck bottles from Kautex are ideal for product presentations due to their good transparency and smooth surface. They are low weigth with outstanding chemical resistence against acids, bases and organic solvents and have a high thermal quality. They can be autoclaved to a maximum temperature of 121 °C.
Vitlab offers standard narrow neck bottles (PFA) and conical shoulder bottles (PP). The latter is transparent and has a screw cap made of PP. Narrow neck bottles, PP, have a good chemical resistence and are ideal for long-term storage of liquids. They are autoclavable at 121 °C according to DIN EN 285.
Conical shoulder bottles from Vitlab are transparent and comes with a screw cap with buttress threads made of PFA. These bottles are designed for long-term storage of high purity oxidants, acids, alkalis as well as hydrocarbons, trace analysis solvents and standards.
Nalgene Thermo Scientific offers narrow neck bottles made from FEP, PFA, HDPE and LDPE. The following shows the advantages of each material and their possible uses.
FEP narrow neck bottles are mainly used to conduct trace metal analysis. They are ideal for high and low temperature work and applications with organic solvents. Narrow neck bottles from PFA are extremely resistant to temperature, chemicals and corrosion. On the other hand, HDPE narrow neck bottles from Nalgene Thermo Scientific are highly durable, transparent and offer excellent chemical resistance. LDPE bottles are used for trace metal analysis. They provide excellent chemical resistence to most acids, bases, alcohols and are guaranteed leakproof.
Wash bottlesare commonly used in every laboratory and have to withstand extreme conditions daily. It is extremely important that these bottles are leakproof. The wash bottles offered in our shop are all leakproof and made of LDPE and PP. The bottles are leakproof with abrasion-resistant printing. Leakage of liquids caused by temperature fluctuations can be prevented by cutting back the tip to allow increased flow. Bottles are also color-coded based on industry standards for quick identification.

Category 1:
Nalgene economy wash bottles are made of LDPE and come with a PP screw closure and a PP draw tube. The flexible and transparent bottle was specially developed to dispense uniformly through the top with a closure and stem molded in one piece to guarantee the bottle is leakproof. To increase flow rate, the tip can be cut back.

Category 2:
These wide neck wash bottles from Nalgene Thermo Scientific are also made of LDPE and are sold under the name "Unitary". The bottle and tube are molded in one piece to ensure they are leakproof and deliver a fine stream without sputtering. In addition, the wide neck allows fast and easy filling. The wash bottles are made of Teflon FEP and are especially suited for trace element work. They are phtalate-free, made completely of fluoropolymers and offer excellent chemical resistance. It is leakproof as the closure and stem are molded in one piece which enables a straight, steady stream and control without spluttering.

Category 5:
PFA wash bottles from Vitlab are transparent and correspond to "PFA economy" quality. They are made of recycled PFA. Hence, PFA wash bottles are environmentally friendly and reasonably priced. These bottles are used for less critical applications in trace elements work, have excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability (-200 °C to + 260 °C). The ETFE screw cap and FEP spray tube guarantee a precise spray jet and optimized medium backflow through the continuous and finely drawn tip of the spray tube. There are no imprints on the bottles.

Wide neck bottles are stable flasks with a wide neck and a screw cap. Due to the wide opening, these bottles can be refilled easily and are well suited for the storage of liquids, granules and paste-like media. The amber bottles are ideal for the storage of light sensitive substances. Kautex wide neck bottles are available in round and square bottles and are made of HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PP and PETG.
The HDPE wide neck bottles available on analytics-shop.com are, if required, UN-approved for solids. Thr approval is only valid for special closures of these bottles. The wide neck of these bottles enables easy filling, emptying and cleaning.
PVC wide neck bottles are rectangular and transparent. They are also available in brown-transparent which are ideal für light sensitive media. The bottles are leakproof thanks to the black closure with PE-foam insert. You may request for these bottles in either colours without the lid.
Wide neck bottles from Kautex made of transparent PETG are square and enable an excellent crystal clear product presentation. Bottles are leakproof thanks to the black closure with PE-foam insert. These bottles are also suited for use as gift packaging and hobby materials.
LDPE wide neck bottles are round and are available in natural or brown colour with a closure.
A product which should be highlighted is the Kautex wide neck bottles made of PP which comes with additional graduation and a closure. These round bottles are autoclavable up to 121 °C.

FEP (Teflon):
FEP wide neck bottles from Nalgene Thermo Scientific are resistant against temperature and chemicals. They are used to perform trace metal analysis and organic solvents applications. These bottles, made entirely of fluoropolymers, are autoclavable and can be rigorously cleaned in boiling nitric acid.
HDPE:
Nalgene wide neck HDPE bottles are suited for use in countless field applications. They can be round or square and are available in natural or brown-transparent colour. These bottles exhibit excellent chemical resistance to most acids, bases and alcohols. In addition, they can be used in freezers up to -100 °C without affecting its leakproof ability.
LDPE:
The impact resistant LDPE wide neck bottles come with graduation to allow you to view liquid levels clearly. These transparent low density polyethylene bottles are well suited for the storage of chemicals and standards. Due to the extremely low trace metal content in LDPE, they are ideal for trace metal analysis. They are suitable for shipping liquids thanks to their excellent chemical resistance to most acids, bases and alcohols.
PP:
Nalgene wide neck bottles from poly propylene (PP) are especially suited for autoclaving and available as laboratory-grade bottles.
