Description
ChiraDex can be used for the separation of enantiomers of many different compounds. ChiraDex® is based on a beta-cyclodextrin covalently bonded to spherical silica particles and is well suited for chiral separations of hydrocarbons, steroids, phenyl esters, aromatic amines and heterocycles with a five to seven membered ring. In most separations, simply assembled RP eluents can be used.
