The Brownlee Spheri-5® conventional column has a small-pore, silica-based sorbent, optimized for separating small molecules. This conventional Brownlee column (non-cartridge) uses standard compression end fittings compatible with all HPLC instrumentation and only requires a holder when used with a NewGuard cartridge.
