The Allure Acrylamide LC column provides targeted retention of acrylamide and less interference from matrix effects to support detection and quantitation of low levels in food or drinking water matrices. The Allure Acrylamide column is stable enough to withstand hundreds of injections of difficult food matrices, such as potato chips or coffee, without significant loss of acrylamide peak shape or retention. The 150 x 3.0 mm column format is suitable for large volume injections used to achieve the extremely low limits for acrylamide in drinking water. The proprietary ligand and binding process results in much higher stability and longer lifetime compared to carbon-based stationary phases, and an embedded polar group ensures compatibility with 100% aqueous mobile phases. The Allure Acrylamide column is ideal for the analysis of acrylamide in drinking water, especially when large volume injections are used to increase sensitivity, and it also provides reliable performance for method EN 16618:2015 and US FDA draft procedures for food applications.

Note: We strongly recommend that you only order a semi-preparative or preparative column once you have evaluated the desired separation on an equivalent column on an analytical scale.
Because we cannot reuse a column or the silica within it once it leaves our facility, we cannot accept returns of large columns.
