Description
Primesep D HPLC phase by SIELC is specifically designed for direct analysis of plasma. High-molecular components are repelled by this phase, which contains a basic anion exchange group in addition to a non-polar alkyl chain. Hydrophobic and acidic compounds are being separated. The range of application is between pH 1.5 and 4, mobile phases are LC-MS compatible.
