Stainless steel pressure filtration device Teflon 47 mm
Diameter: 47 mm
Pressure filtration device with 200 ml
Infusion chamber for 47 mm
Membrane filter is used in many different ways in the laboratory due to its practical handling.
For the filtration of volumes up to 200 ml, it can be connected directly to a pressure source. Alternatively, the device can also be used in combination with a pressure vessel for volumes up to 5 liters. The Large filling opening in the top of the device allows easy filling of the liquid to be filtered. The device can be attached to a stand using the screw-in steel rod.
The PTFE-coated filter support allows problem-free autoclaving with the membrane filter inserted.
The adapter 17121 enables a sterile Minisart to be attached to the device outlet (e.g. for series filtration).
Chemical resistance: As for stainless steel, PTFE and silicone.
If required, the filter supporting silicone O-ring can be replaced by a Viton O-ring 00179 or a PTFE O-ring 17038 (reduces the max working pressure to 4 bar/58 psi); the silicone O-ring from the upper part can be replaced by a Viton O-ring 17145. 0.2 µm pore size: 200 ml/min 0.45 µm pore size: 600 ml/min 0.8 µm pore size: 1.3 l/min
Threaded connection: M 12 x 1
Internal thread Material: top part, cylinder, filter table, corrugated sheet, threaded ring, closure cap, backflow prevention device and hose olive made of stainless steel 1.4401 (AISI 316).
Filter support made of PTFE-coated stainless steel. Silicone O-ring 41 x 12 mm (top part) or 42 x 3 mm (filter support).
PTFE seal (cap). Matching
Membrane filter diameter: 42 / 47 mm
Sterilization: By autoclaving (max 134 °C) or by dry heat (180 °C).
