The Thermo Scientific™ Acclaim™ SEC-1000 size exclusion chromatography HPLC column separates water-soluble polymers and oligomers. These high-performance resin-based columns for size exclusion chromatography cover the following molecular weight range from 7 µm, 1000 Å. The combination of a proprietary monodisperse, multipore hydrophilic resin and a small particle size ensures good resolution and linearity as well as zero inflection point of the calibration curve. This enables accurate and reliable analysis of a wide range of water-soluble polymers.
