Select Level 1 caps for chromatography approved, cost optimized products that are suitable for everyday analyses and compatible with all instrument types. Choose from aluminum and magnetic steel caps with silicone/PTFE or butyl/PTFE septa designed to reduce autosampler needle issues. Level 1 SureSTART 20 mm Crimp Caps feature molded septa with raised sealing and injection marks. They are composed of butyl elastomer covered with a thin layer of PTFE on one surface.
