CORTECS HILIC columns are highly efficient solid phase columns designed for the retention of extremely polar analytes. They offer orthogonal selectivity compared to C18 columns.
This Cortecs HILIC column from Waters has a length of 150 mm and an inner diameter of 2.1 mm with a particle size of 2.7 µm.
CORTECS columns are available as reversed-phase and HILIC options for seven column materials with different particle properties and innovative charged surface modifications. Compared to columns with fully porous particles, they enable 20 % faster separations and 25 % higher resolution at low operating pressures.
