The XBridge Protein BEH SEC, 125 Å column with 3.5 µm particles is based on the same Waters Ethylene Bridged Hybrid (BEH) particle technology and diol-bonded surface coating used in our successful HPLC-based SEC column range. They are best suited for the separation of proteins in the 1,000 - 80,000 Dalton range.

This version of the XBridge Protein BEH SEC column has an inner diameter of 7.8 mm, a length of 300 mm and a particle size of 3.5 µm.

XBridge HPLC and UHPLC columns are based on BEH (ethylene bridge hybrid particle) technology and are designed to withstand high pH, high temperatures and other extreme operating conditions, such as volatile eluents. This makes them suitable for a wide range of LC-MS analyses of small molecules and biomolecules.
