UHPLC Column YMC-Accura Triart C18, bioinert coated, 12 nm, S-1.9 µm, 2.1 x 100 mm

The new YMC-Accura Triart (U)HPLC columns are characterised by a bioinert surface coating on the column body and frit. YMC-Accura columns are ready to use without any preconditioning, unlike the analysis of sensitive substances using standard columns. The sensitivity is significantly enhanced and precious samples are recovered without any loss. The coating is less hydrophobic compared to the PEEK-lining used in the YMC-Triart metal-free (U)HPLC columns.

YMC-Triart metal-free (U)HPLC columns are fully bioinert columns due to their PEEK lined stainless steel column body and the use of PEEK frits. The stationary phase and hence the samples are only in contact with PEEK once the inside the column. Due to the use of stainless steel as outer body, the same pressure limits as for standard columns can be maintained, 100 MPa / 14,500 psi for UHPLC purposes and 45 MPa / 6,520 psi for HPLC use.
