BANDELIN

The family-owned company BANDELIN has specialized in the development of high-performance ultrasound equipment since 1955. The products have been refined over many years and are constantly adapted to the ever-changing conditions. The result is reliable and robust ultrasonic equipment as the optimized solution for the industrial, medical and laboratory sectors.

In addition, BANDELIN sells suitable accessories as well as cleaning and disinfection products, so that the company is recognized as a full-service supplier for the ultrasonic sector.

Titanium sonotrode from BANDELIN

Sonotrodes transmit the mechanical vibrations into the sample, are thermostable, autoclavable and resistant to corrosive media. Sample volume, vessel diameter and desired amplitude determine device selection and sonotrode type. A high amplitude means particularly intense sound. The sonotrode is connected to step or booster horns. All BANDELIN sonotrodes are made from the titanium alloy TiAl6V4 (3.7165).

SONOREX TECHNIK FA 75 filtration from BANDELIN

The filter unit FA is used to filter out dirt particles from the cleaning solution and enables the service life of the ultrasonic bath to be extended from a volume of 13 liters. The cleaning system is suitable for filtering aqueous cleaning media up to a maximum liquid temperature of 70 °C.

The filter unit FA consists of two filter housings made of polypropylene (PP) and a magnetically coupled centrifugal pump, which are mounted together on a console made of stainless steel sheet are mounted. The pre-filter serves to protect the pump from coarse contamination. The fine filter is used for depth filtration. Other features include a pressure switch, a ball valve, a control box with an ON button, a main switch and a 2 meter connection cable with a protective contact plug.

Hanging basket from BANDELIN

The stainless steel hanging basket is used to hold objects to be sonicated. Nothing may be placed on the bottom of the tub during ultrasonic operation, as this can cause abrasion between the sonicated material and the ultrasonic oscillating tub. It is therefore recommended to use a suitable basket to hold the sound material. The BANDELIN baskets are designed in such a way that the sound material is always in the optimal area of the cavitation field (1-2 cm from the floor) in the oscillating tank. With the help of a basket, the sound material can also be conveniently placed in the device and, for example, after operation. B. can be removed for rinsing without the user coming into contact with the sonication liquid in the oscillating tank.
